Incorporated in 1984, Blue Tech is headquartered in beautiful San Diego, CA and has offices in Monterey and Sacramento, California, and New York City.

The Blue Tech Management Team

Susan Stone

CEO and Co-Founder

Before the founding of Blue Tech in 1984, Susan graduated from Stanford University, receiving a degree in International Relations. She then went on to law school where she focused on contracts and business law, and earned a juris doctorate degree. At Blue Tech today, Susan leads the charge in Blue Tech’s Business Development efforts, routinely traveling throughout the country to meet with customers, manufacturers, and partner companies. She also actively oversees proposal development and drives company direction and strategy.

Guy Stone

President and Co-Founder

Guy graduated from Yale University, receiving a degree in Electrical Engineering. After college, Guy went to work for the Federal Government. Today with Blue Tech, Guy manages the internal operations of the sales staff and administration department.

Rodney Tudor, Army LTC (ret)

VP Services

Rodney graduated from University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in Business Management, and then received a Masters degree in Management Administration from Webster University. After college, Rodney began his Army Officer career where he worked in acquisition and program management. After more than 20 years of service, he retired from the Army, and later joined Blue Tech where he now manages our services division.
