Blue Tech Inc. was chosen as the HUBZone Small Business of the Year for fiscal year 2014 at the 14th Annual U.S Department of Energy Small Business Forum & Expo held June 16-18th at the Phoenix Convention Center. Blue Tech was among several small businesses honored at the event in recognition of business achievements with the Department of Energy. Dr. Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall, Deputy Secretary of Energy, U.S. Department of Energy presided over the ceremony.
Blue Tech has been a certified HUBZone small business since 2002, and has provided on-going IT procurement to the Department of Energy through multiple prime contracts including NASA SEWP V and a BPA with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
